Many times these limousines and coaches offer optional amenities as well-- from red carpet roll-outs to champagne/cold beverage service. Check for package deals and inquire about what will be included. The convenience will come when you will be able to gather everyone in the same vehicle and will not have to worry about rounding up other transportation to transport everybody to the ceremony and/or reception.

If would like to go another route for your wedding day transportation, you'll be pleased to know that your options are vast. Visit a bridal show, ask around and skim through your phone book for other services in your area. From luxury, antique cars to horse-drawn carriages, you'd be amazed at the possibilities.

After deciding which will fit your needs the best, begin calling around to get rates and availability. It's a good idea to book this service at least 4-6 months in advance. Keep in mind there will most likely be an hourly minimum and you may have to put down an initial deposit. The price you are given probably does not include the 15-20% gratuity, which is usually tacked onto your final bill. Be sure to inquire about this as well. And before making your final decision, make sure that you are dealing with a reputable company that is licensed and insured.

Once you've chosen a company, be sure to get a copy of the contract, which states all the agreed-upon services. It should include all wedding day details including vehicle type, pick-up times, hours/day of service, amenities, etc.
